Sweet Magnet Board

It’s sorority time!  My youngest is now in a sorority and I made her a magnet for her dorm room.  Using the Tea for Two Designer Series Paper and A Fitting Occasion stamp set, a cute owl die and the Pennant Parade die – here’s her magnet board.

I used the Pennant Parade die and the Timeless Type Alphabet to make the banner.  Remember those keys from a few “mini’s” ago?  Just what I needed for this.

Soda Pop Top magnets!  I bought galvanized steel for the backing under the DSP and cut it fit.  (Be careful, it’s sharp!)

And the cute little owl (Sizzix Owl #2) was the perfect finishing touch.  That’s it – Owl, Key and Fleur de Lis.  Got it covered.  Hugs, Fran

Big Shot Metal

At our team meeting this weekend we made garden stakes with metal decorations made with the Big Shot.  Everyone made what they wanted – but we agreed that Ann’s was the most creative.

Here’s one I did for the graduates this year –

And here’s what I found while cleaning my kitchen!  I’m not kidding!  It’s April and I just noticed that this is still hanging there!

Here it is – the Retiring Stamp Sets! Accessories and Decor Elements will be posted April 25th. Enjoy! Hugs, Fran

All Seasons

Frostwood Lodge DSP is not just for Christmas!  The beautiful designs can be used for lots of other seasons and occassions.  Here’s a card I did using this DSP that could be sent any time of year –

It’s a very simple card and easy to create.  The coloring is done with Stampin Write Markers. I love how one of the circles from the Pennant die matches the Scallop Trim border punch.
