Minions Wow

What's Your Type 03

Do you like Minions?  This is what I thought of when I first saw the new stamp set What’s Your Type!  He’s stamped except for his eyes, which are punched.  I stamped the body and arms separately and then put it together on the card.

Supplies

Stamp Sets – What’s Your Type, Bravo

Cardstock – Daffodil Delight, Island Indigo, Whisper White, Regal Pattern DSP

Ink – Daffodil Delight, Island Indigo, Memento Tux Black

Etc – Little Triangles embossing Folder, Daffodil Delight ribbon, Regal Candy Dots, 3/4″, 5/8″ and 1/4″ circle punches, Microfine Black marker

Funny, funny and FUN stamp set.  It will be just like punch art for stamps!  Hugs, Fran

These kids are stampin!

I had the delightful experience of providing a make and take for a high school youth group/choir.  They are from Church of the Savior in Montgomery, Ohio, and took a break at our farm during their travels and we stamped and visited at our log house.  There were about 47 kids. With a minute of instruction, I turned them lose!

Here are the samples I had out for them.

Blessed By God 01

Blessings From Heaven

The cards use an assortment of retired card stock, Blessed by God, Trust in God, and some SVGcuts crosses.  Their cards were totally more creative than mine!  And then they sang for me!  What a treat!  Hugs, Fran

Oh My Goodies

Oh My Goodies 01

This card features the new  Striped Scallop Framelit and the really cute Oh My Goodies stamp set.  The framelit is very easy to use but you need to put wax paper between your die and the card stock.  Then you can gently pull it away.  (If you don’t use the was paper it will still come apart – just not as easily!)  I embossed the sentiment with Basic Black embossing powder and die cut it with the Modern Deco Framelits.  The strip down the side is the Sweet Sadie washi tape over some Basic Black card stock.  Use your bone folder to burnish it down.  Add some Glimmer paper stars and you’re ready to go!

Supplies

Stamp set – Oh My Goodies

I am in the process of having my blog moved (by Angel Elmer!) from one platform to another so if things seem a bit wonky, this is why.  (Not to mention, I’m learning a new system!)  Hugs, Fran
