Timeless Love
This 5 x 7 card was inspired by one I saw on Technique Tuesday. Using the new In Color inks – Dapper Denim, Emerald Envy, Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach, Sweet Sugarplum – I watercolored on water color paper the background. The sentiment is from Timeless Love, stamped in Stazon. I cut the butterflies from black card stock and drew the ante. And then, because I just can’t leave things alone! – I added some Dazzling Details.

Bright Sympathy
A Watermelon Wonder splash of color across this sympathy card! The stamp set An Open Heart and the design was cased from a card I saw on Pinterest done by Lee Ann Pugliese. I changed up the colors, the stamp set and added an extra tulip. The tulips are made with the Bird Punch. Is it too bright for sympathy/concern? BTW – I’m loving the new heavier weight white card stock in the catalog! Hugs, Fran
In Every Color
Before I put away Floral Wings, I thought I’d try one using all the new In Colors and those cute little embellishments! I stamped each vase – starting from the middle and working to each side – added the stems and glued the flowers to the tops. The little pearls have just a drop of glue to make sure they stay put. Cuteness case from Carrie Cudney! (Say that three times fast!) These notecard sized cards not only show off the beautiful new In Colors, but also a wonderful new stamp set called You’ve Got This. This is going to be a favorite of mine – simple and pretty.
