Birthday Dress

My Birthday to my sister!  Actually, it’s not for a few days, but I saw her this week and was able to give her this card.  I used the Pop N Cuts Dress form die – ’cause I love it – and made her a garden scene.  The banner is held up on strips of card stock that I inserted through slits on shelf.  If you look closely at the watering can you will see water spraying from it.  That’s fishing line coated in glue and covered with Dazzling Diamonds.  The pearls on the dress are Basic pearls colored with a Sharpie – and the collar on the dress is a scallop punch.

  2. That’s adorable and amazing!! Your sister is one lucky girl to receive such a fabulous card!

  3. What an innovative way to display the dress. However, more interesting were the details which you added to the card—the scallop punch, the fishing line. Great job.

  4. The suspended water sprays put me over the edge. You are, officially, my hero! I just want to come sit in a corner and watch you create!

  5. I love this card!!
