Today’s the day you can start ordering from the Holiday Mini! The Gift Box Punch Board (135863) is my favorite product in the catalog. Here is a little box made with the Under the Tree Specialty Designer Series Paper and Get Your Santa on stamp set for the tag. I used the Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities to color the Santa and Cherry Cobbler ink to stamp the “JOY” banner. Tied up with new Cherry Cobbler Linen ribbon, you have a sweet package to hold your gift! Have fun making your Holiday Mini List and checking it twice! Your package is sure to be nice 🙂 Hugs, Fran
For All Things
This card is based on the card in the Holiday Mini on page 46. That card has an envelope behind it but I added the color to the front. Then I decided to mix it up a bit –
I changed the colors and added some washi tape. Which one do you like best?

Ornamental Pine
Isn’t this a pretty stamp set? It’s called Ornamental Pine and will be available in two days in the Holiday Mini! I used Lost Lagoon as the base, stamped the background with the pine several times and then embossed the pine and pinecone in white embossing powder. To finish it off, I sprayed the entire card with shimmer spray.

25 Days
Thinking about Christmas? Or how about a birthday party? These little Tiny Treat Boxes (135829) are 2 x 2 x 2 and can be used for lots of things. Here I simply copied the idea on page 12 of the Holiday Mini. I used the 25 Days stamp set and stacked them into a tree. But I see lots of ideas for the boxes and stamp set. This will be a great set for Project Life! But for this project – it’s a Count Down to Christmas. Now I have plenty of time to find things to fill it 🙂 Hugs, Fran
Mingle All the Way
My favorite new thing in the Holiday Mini? The Gift Box Punch Board of course! This wonderful tool makes the cutest boxes is many sizes – the largest being 4 x 4. Here I used the new Under the Tree Specialty Designer Series paper to create a Christmas box. The paper is really heavy – perfect for these boxes! Around the sides I added trees. There is a new punch in the mini that makes trees – but these were made with the banner punch. I topped it off with the new Mingle All the Way stamp set and the Banner Framelits.

Freaky Friends Treat Bags
Boo bags! These cute bags are made with the Polka Dot Ta A Bag Gift Bags. I stamped “Boo” with the Larger Than Life Alphabet and made a tag with Freaky Friends. The tag is clipped on with one of the In Color Clothespins. This is the first one I did – then I realized that when filled, the “boo” no longer shows. To fix that, I moved the words up about 1 inch.
And added some bats 🙂

Card stock – Bermuda Bay/Tangerine Tango, Whisper White, Motley Monsters DSP
Ink – Jet Black Stazon

Joyful Christmas
Joyful Christmas is one of the sets on the Christmas carry over list, and the list ends on August 27th! So get it while you can! This is an easy version of the card, stamped in Versamark and embossed in gold. I added gold washi tape to give it some sparkle.
Stamp Set – Joyful Christmas
Card stock – Brushed Gold, Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Whisper White
Ink – Versamark, Cherry Cobbler
Etc – gold washi tape
This was one of the most versatile sets in last year’s mini. Don’t let it get away from you! Hugs, Fran
Poppy Photo Props
Day 2 of the “Character Challenge!” Here is Poppy – a character die from Karen Burniston – playing with his photo props! He has a bowler hat, glasses, lips and mustache to hide his true identity. The background is stamped with Stampin Up’s Chevron and Dictionary background stamps with some Epic Day washi tape and Candy Dots to set it off. The “Guess Who” was stamped with the new SU Alphabet rotary stamp. And when Poppy’s mask comes off –
There he is – looking dapper. Each item from Karen’s Props 1 dies was attached to a strip of Crumb Cake card stock, stacked, and then attached to Poppy’s wing with a mini brad. And here’s one more Poppy idea for those prize winning papers your children are sure to be bringing home from school this year –
Poppy the scholar! I die cut 5 backgrounds to make him nice and strong and adhered this to a clothespin with a magnet on back. Now he’s ready to stick on the refrigerator to collect art work, homework, test – you name it! Make sure to check out Karen’s blog tomorrow or hop over now to her Facebook page to see all the challenge designs! Hugs, Fran
