Another Thank You 04

Bold and bright new In Colors splashed all over a card!  I used Work of Art for the background and Another Thank You on the front.

Supplies

Stamp Sets – Work of Art, Another Thank You

Card stock – Blackberry Bliss, Whisper White, Lost Lagoon

Ink – Blackberry Bliss, Hello Honey, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Tangelo Twist

Etc – Tangelo Twist ribbon, small heart punch, rhinestone

I love how opaque these colors are.  Hugs, Fran

Different Fonts

This is the same card as this one – the only difference being the size of the sentiment on the front.  Using the larger image really makes this card “pop!”  (and the Silver Glimmer stars help, too!)  It’s amazing the different looks you can get just from changing the sentiment.

Supplies
Stamp Sets – What’s Your Type (available starting June 2), Another Thank You
Card stock – Coastal Cabana, Whisper White, Silver Glimmer Paper
Ink – Tangerine Tango, Coastal Cabana. Island Indigo
Etc – Retro Fresh washi tape, star punch

I’ve been a bit hit or miss lately as I help my parents move.  Hope you’ll just bare with me.  Hugs, Fran

Another Thank You

Purple is such a funny color.  It has all sorts of looks.  It can be cool or warm, light or dark, bright or almost gloomy.  I love Wisteria Wonder – but not on this card!  Coloring the dahlia, I realized this was not going to work for what I wanted (but I finished it anyway!)  Still wanting a “purple” card, I switched things up and tried this one –

Still “purple” but not so heavy.  Instead of just coloring the images flat on the card, I used triple time stamping – only I just used two layers.

Supplies (Card 2)
Stamp sets – Another Thank You, Regarding Dahlias, Peaceful Petals
Cardstock – Wisteria Wonder, Basic Black, Whisper White
Ink – Jet Black Stazon, Wisteria Wonder
Stampin Write Markers – Pink Pirouette, Wild Wasabi
Etc – Soft Subtle Candy Dots

Now that it’s finished, I might have to
dig around and see if I have some Wisteria Wonder embossing powder.
That would be pretty.
Hugs, Fran
