Happy New Year! I’m starting off the year with one of my favorite sets in the Spring Mini – Just Married. I simply love this cake! This card started out as a vintage idea and took a turn somewhere when I neared my embossing powder

This card showcases the new set Hearts a Flutter – and the matching Framelits! I just love it when there’s a matching anything with a set I cut the new Pool Party Core’dinations card stock to 8 1/2 x 5, folded it in half to create a 4 1/4 x 5″ card. The banner on the right is able to hang off the edge and still fit into an envelope.

I spent yesterday with my children, celebrating my oldest daughter’s birthday! She wanted me to bake my 3 layer carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Yum!
