Big Shot Fry Box die, Ghoulish Greetings, Gratitude For Days, Halloween, Holiday Mini

Happy October! One of the Creative Crew challenges at Splitcoast this month is a Halloween/Fall Focus. I did a Fry box created with the Motley Crew Designer Series paper and Ghoulish Greetings. The Fry Box die is one of the easiest dies out there – die cut, adhere on the sides and decorate. I embellished the sentiment with googlie eyes on the sides and decorated the polka dot cello bag with googlie eyes too.

Not much of a Halloween fan or need a Fall treat? I flipped the DSP so that the just the leaves on the trees were showing and made a Fall Fry box.

The sentiment is from Gratitude For Days and the embellishment on the top is 3 Autumn Wooden Embellishments colored with ink pads and glued together.

Here’s a simple Pivot card using Karen Burniston’s Katie Label Accordion die, a die from the Evergreen Pivot Card dies and Stampin Up’s Under the Tree Designer Series paper. The paper is a specialty paper is very heavy – wonderful for these types of cards.

The sentiment is from Cheerful Tags.

Trick or Treat – but we all know we want treats! This is a Polka Dot Tag a Bag Gift Bag that has been scored to make it stand it. I add a tag from Merry Everything and some bats from Project Life Holiday Cheer to make it scary. Add a circle punch and hang the tag from a band on the top.

Here’s another Halloween idea using Karen Burniston’s House Pivot die and Stampin Up’s Holiday Home. The tree and clouds are from Karen’s Garden Bench set. (The clouds are really suppose to be snow)

The sentiment inside is from Ghoulish Greetings. Lots of black – making it hard to see the details in the photograph.

The sentiment is from Stampin Up’s Tee Hee Hee and it says “People call me a witch…..like it’s a bad thing.” Too funny! I used Karen’s Cloud Edges die for the edges.

It suddenly turned Fall around here this weekend! A perfect time for Karen Burniston’s Halloween challenge – and a great time to start creating those spooky creations. I used the Accordion Circle die with the solid edge and the new Tee Hee Hee set from the Stampin Up Holiday Mini. On the front, the cauldron, bubbling away. (Those bubbles are some old floral/vase fillers)

Do you think the witch was doing her laundry before the big day? Or just conjuring up her spooky attire?

How about a little Halloween Gift box that spells out “Boo” as you turn it? Easy, easy to make with the new Gift Box punch board and the Larger Than Life stamp set!

On the 4th side I added the skeleton from Freaky Friends –

I did the images in White Craft ink – and I think the next time I’ll emboss them so they stand out even more. But it’s a cute, fast idea for small candies and I’m going to need a few of them. Hugs, Fran

Holiday Mini fun! When I first saw this set – Santa Stache – I wasn’t sure what I thought! After a bit of playing around with the set and matching mustache die, I think it’s fun! So here is a case of the catalog sample with a few changes using the set, die and blendabilities.
