BYOP – Buy Your Own Present! This set is perfect for the front of a gift card enclosure card! I colored the letters with Blendies starting with the darkest color at the bottom of the letters and moving up to the lightest. I even colored the Back to Black Designer Series paper!

Here’s another birthday card inspired by one on Pinterest using a different set but the same layout. I used Fabulous Four and Ballon Bash. We made these using different colors for the balloon and different Candy Dots on each. Hugs, Fran
We stamped a lot of birthday cards yesterday! This one was inspired by one done by MandyPandy on Splitcoast. I loved the angle on her card – and though I changed quite a bit about it – I kept the general layout. And for yesterday we changed the Candy Dots to Salebration buttons! Hugs, Fran
We all need birthday cards! This is one of the cards we will be making tomorrow at my Birthday Stamp a Stack. The stamp set is Balloon Bash and the Designer series paper is Birthday Bash – both from the Occasions Mini. I really like the “HB” image! It’s stamped twice – once on the card and then once fussy cut and popped up. Hugs, Fran
It IS a Big Day in Stampin land! Today starts Saleabration and the Occasion Mini catalog! For every $50 you spend you get to select a free product from the Saleabration Catalog. This Saleabration set is called Big Day. I made up the sample shown in the mini with a change or two to make it my own. Colored with Blendabilities, it’s a sparkling wish for a happy birthday. Here’s a set that’s perfect not only for Valentines, but any occasion. It’s called Hey, Valentine – but as you can see, I masked off the Valentine part and just used “you’re a treasure.” The bag is made with the new Mini Treat Bag Thinlit. This is a great die that can be used as a flat or standing bag.
I matted my little image on a “sailor’s wheel” made with a circle punch and Word Window punch. The image is colored with Blendabilities. This would work for Valentine or birthday treats – or any occasion calling for candy! Hugs, Fran

My brother recently had a birthday and this is the card I made for him using the upcoming set Cheerful Critters. I colored the images using Blendabilities and fussy cut them out. On the middle banner I stamped a sentiment from Something to Say. On the inside I used the Happy Birthday Pop It Up from Karen Burniston and spelled out his name with SU’s Little Letters. The DSP is coming up in the Occasions Mini – Birthday Bash Specialty DSP.

Happy New Year everyone! Today’s card uses the Photopolymer stamp Bombs Away Birthday This set can only be found under the Photopolymer link on the web site – but it’s worth the search! It’s hard to tell in the photo but the fringe on the side is cut from Silver foil paper and really shines!
The base is Whisper White with Silver dot Vellum over the top. Then I added some In Color sequins. The ribbon was the White Satin ribbon – colored with the lightest Coastal Cabana Blendabilities marker. To make the record, I punched a 2 1/2″ circle and then traced several Circle Framelits to make the “grooves.”
Can you see them? This card completes a Creative Crew challenge on Splitcoast to use the fringe scissors

My oldest daughter had a special birthday yesterday – 30! This is the card I made her using Karen Burniston’s Spiral Pull Card die, Poppy the Owl character die and lots of star stamps. The sentiment on the front is from Pictogram Punches and Poppy’s little camera is from Project Life Point and Click. I added Crystal Effects to the lens.
Pull cards are so much fun to make and receive! I used the spiral included with the die and added lots of stars! To make Poppy on both sides, I simply copied an idea from Karen Burniston and made two, glued back to back. The inside sentiment is from Really Good Greetings – which is a perfect name for this set.
Beach House Washi tape is across the bottom of the card. We celebrate 4 birthdays in December so I better get busy! Hugs, Fran

Karen Burniston’s Challenge – number 3! Blue! I found a lovely poem about snow and growing old and printed it on to Whisper White card stock then die cut it with a die from Karen’s Katie Label Pivot die. The Designer Series paper is All is Calm from Stampin Up’s Holiday mini.
Inside is the Garden Bench, Tree for All Season and Happy Birthday Pop It Ups! To make the Happy Birthday curve across the snow, I simply ran it through my Xyron and the addition of adhesive made it easy to bend.
Can you see all the sparkly Dazzling Details snow? I used acrylic paint to paint some of the branches and added “snow” to the bench and tree (and me, of course!) Hugs, Fran
