I’ve combined some of my favorite things on this card – Christmas, Pop It Ups and Gingerbread Men! The front of this card uses some of the new Stampin Up Holiday Mini sets – Candy Cane Christmas and Cookie Cutter Christmas and a new Pop It Ups die – Anita Frames Pop It Ups!
Isn’t the Anita Frames Pop It Ups fun? And it’s really easy to assemble – love that! My gingerbread men are enjoying it too 🙂 They come with a matching punch that made this card super easy to put together! Hugs, Fran
This is one of the cards we are making this morning in my Christmas Stamp a Stack. It uses the soon to be released Hang Your Stockings and matching die. The colors are Emerald Envy, Real Red and Mint Macaron – which I wasn’t sure about but is very pretty. There is a sweet holly trinket attached to the top of the stocking. Christmas Pines is a huge set – 22 pieces – with a matching die! There are several different sizes of pine boughs and pine cones. It also has some very pretty sentiments. This simple card also uses a cut out from the Presents & Pinecones Designer Series paper. Hugs, Fran
Coming September 1! This sweet tree is from a set called Twinkle Trees. It has several stamps that create a kind of Bokeh effect when used together. My card is done on a notecard (3 1/2 x 5) and uses Emerald Envy, Mint macaron, Daffodil Delight and Cherry Cobbler – and sequins! 🙂 I can’t wait to show you more samples of this set! Hugs, Fran
This month’s group challenge is “Up!” so I decided to work with Bella & Friends again to create an encouragement card. I started with Karen Burniston’s cloud stencil on some Soft Sky card stock. The image is watercolored.
I love the stencil on this color. It creates such a soft, pretty background.
Inside I used the Lots of Pops die – one of my favorites because it works with so many different situations. I left the two side “pops” in and just used the ones in the center. This Bella is the one with the turtle. She’s riding in the Hot Air Balloon die (another very versatile die!) with clouds floating in the background

It’s almost new catalog time! This is a case of a card on page 44 of the catalog. Since I didn’t have the copper thread, I used burlap. The new copper embossing powder is gorgeous! You will love the look 🙂 Hugs, Fran
This is a case of a card on page 36 of the new catalog! Such pretty colors! I changed up the embossing folder and used the new Floral Affection folder. The doily is a gold doily – just flipped over to the white side. The colors are Wild Wasabi, Sweet Sugarplum, and Pool Party on a Crumb Cake base. Love these colors 🙂 Hugs, Fran
Here’s a 6 x 6 Shower card made with Karen Burniston’s Stage It Stencils – Rain, and Baby Charms. The Night of Navy base was cut 6 x 11 and scored at 6″. This leaves you a 1″ area at the bottom for your sentiment. The rain was done in a Micorbead Embossing paste and Wisteria Wonder ink.
This is the inside (and kind of the outside too!) The sentiment is computer generated. Hugs, Fran
This month’s challenge is stencils! I used Karen Burniston’s new Stage It Stencil – Cherries Layering. This fun stencil has the cherries on one end and the stems on the other. Put them together and this is what you get! This card is 4 1/2 x 6 1/2 and the cherries are stenciled with pearlescent embossing paste colored with Real Red ink. Can you see the shine?
The stems are done in Garden Green ink. It makes such a pretty background. Baker the Beaver is celebrating with cherry cupcakes while on an action wobble! The cupcake is part of Baker’s die and the cherry is from Stampin Up’s Cupcake builder punch. (retiring)

The May Design Team Challenge is using the new Stage It Stencils by Karen Burniston! These stencils are super fun! They have 2 designs on each stencil that can be used as is or combined to make one darling design! Today I’m using the Baby Pajamas stencil and Baby Clear stamp, along with Stampin Up’s Something for Baby stamp set and matching die all on a Accordion Rectangle card. There’s also a surprise in the middle 🙂
This is the front. I start by stenciling the baby pajama in pink with red hearts on my paper and then die cutting the Accordion Rectangle pieces. The pram is stamped in Wisteria Wonder.
When you open it up, there’s a new matching baby pajama charm hanging in the center.
I sandwiched the Baker’s Twine between the patterned paper and the card stock. Then I added some elements from Something For Baby.
