Peaceful Petals

A Retro Fresh Peaceful Petals card!  I like making these cards with a drawn frame and they are easy to do.  First I stamped the flower and the greeting and then I drew the line around it – skipping the areas where the design touches the line.  You can make a template cut 3/4″ smaller than you paper to make it easier.  I colored this flower with Stampin Write markers and added some Retro Fresh Washi tape to the corner.

For this one I tied a bow in the corner – just okay.

Supplies
Stamp Set – Peaceful Petals
Card stock – Whisper White,  Retro Fresh DSP
Ink – Jet Black Stazon
Etc – Retro Fresh Washi Tape or Baker’s Twine

Makes me think of spring – ha!  No such luck yet!  Hugs, Fran

  1. Happy Sunday, Fran:This set is one of my favorites from the Occasions catty, this flowers are all so pretty. I love the fresh colors and it too, makes me think of Spring but, unfortunately it will be a few more months till we see any signs of it up here in NW Indiana, we have gone through a horrible Winter blast this past week and, temps reached 20-30 below 0!!!!! and, although we are officially defrosting, it still gray and cold.
