I chose Groovy Love and Hello Life stamp sets with the new Watermelon Wonder ribbon for my card. The background is the Happy Hearts embossing folder. This is a cute Valentine – but can also be used for any other occasion.

Valentine’s Day! This Cupids bow is from SVGcuts.com and is a decorating piece. I think I’m going to hanging it in my wreath. It’s large – about 7 x7 – and very sturdy. I made a change to the assembly and instead of using a dowel rod for the arrow, I used a cute Valentine’s straw. Hugs, Fran
Need a quick Valentine treat? Use the Bear Hugs, stamp set found on page 40 in the Occasions Mini catalog. Stamp the big bear in Chocolate Chip ink on Crumb Cake card stock. Die cut the bear, flip him over and stamp him again. Stamp the heart in Real Red ink on Real Red card stock and die cut. Fill a skinny cello bag with treats, swipe a bit of adhesive across the bear’s chest and stick the cello bag down.
Gently curl the bear’s arms around the bag and use glue dots to attach the heart between his paws. Hand them out and watch people smile ! Hugs, Fran
Happy Valentines Day! I’ve had this idea in my head for a while but wasn’t even sure it could be done – Bokeh on both sides of one piece of watercolor paper. The answer – yes it can! Because the paper gets pretty wet doing this technique, I thought it would create quite a mess on the other side. But it’s fine! Just make sure you start with a large enough piece of watercolor paper so the sides can be cut down. I used Pink Pirouette, Blushing Bride, Rose Red and Wild Wasabi for this card. After applying the White Craft circles, I sprayed the entire piece with Shimmer Spray! In real life this is a very sparkly card 🙂 After the paper was ready – and dry – I used Karen Burniston’s Tag Pivot die to create the card. The sentiment is from Build a Bouquet – it’s one of my favorite sentiments – and is over stamped with Gorgeous Grunge in Pink Pirouette.
The hearts on the front are a retired Stampin Up punch and the inside heart is from Karen Burniston’s Heart Pivot card die. I added some washi tape, sequins, and a little sliver of gold foil paper – but there is a lot going on in just the paper so I tried to just step away from the embellishments! Every had an idea in your head – and it turns out as something completely different? Well that would be this card! Using the colors from the Stacked with Love DSP, I ended up doing a Karen Burniston Katie Label Pop It Ups Pivot card using Banner Banter as the stamp set.
But I didn’t really use the DSP (just a tiny piece inside) just Back to Black and some Beach House washi tape. Hugs, Fran
I love this Valentine set from the Occasions Mini – Hey Valentine! For this card, I colored the fish with my Blendabilities and used Karen Burniston’s new Rectangular Pull Card for the card. The “wave” edge is her new Beach Edges. The glasses on the yellow fish are filled with Crystal Effects 🙂
As you open the card, there is a mechanism (optional) that pops up so your card becomes even more interactive! Too cute!

This stamp comes from the Occasions Mini set Hello Life. My card is 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 and the heart on the sentiment is filled with Dazzling Details. It sparkles! But then you open it up and….
It’s Karen Burniston’s new Pop It Ups Eiffel Tower die! This die has a “stand” that die cuts directly into the card. The doily is another new Pop It Ups – Paris Edges. Perfect!

Here’s a set that’s perfect not only for Valentines, but any occasion. It’s called Hey, Valentine – but as you can see, I masked off the Valentine part and just used “you’re a treasure.” The bag is made with the new Mini Treat Bag Thinlit. This is a great die that can be used as a flat or standing bag.
I matted my little image on a “sailor’s wheel” made with a circle punch and Word Window punch. The image is colored with Blendabilities. This would work for Valentine or birthday treats – or any occasion calling for candy! Hugs, Fran

Here’s another set that can be found on the Photopolymer page only – Settin’ Sail. I used the Maritime Designer Series paper to create this simple card. I stamped the sailboat 3 times and then fussy cut the different pieces and paper pieced it together. I love easy! Hugs, Fran

Happy New Years eve! This little card is done on a notecard ( 5 x 3 1/2) which makes the assembly very easy. I used a new set from the upcoming Occasions Mini called You Plus Me and some non-tradional Valentine colors – Crisp Cantaloupe and Baked Brown Sugar. My favorite part was sprinkling the little In Color sequins across the front. The washi tape is from Sweet Sadie.
