You’re Sweet

Here’s a fun Valentine using the Karen Burniston Photo Collage and Love Charms dies. I started with the Honey Bee Hearts and Scallop Hearts and used the KB You’re Sweet die to decorate the front. The scallop on the side is made using the KB Tropical Scene die. The little heart with an arrow is from the Love Charms die.

I die cut all the Love Charms 4 times – from white, red, pink and blue green cardstock – and put them all together. Then all I needed to do was put them together in their photo pieces.

The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp Word Mix 2. It creates a lot of Valentines phrases which I just keep on my desk in a bowl. Have fun creating! Hugs, Fran

Reindeer games

Working on Christmas cards! This one starts with the Karen Burniston Merry Christmas die – keeping it simple. The sentiment is stacked 3 high for a bit of dimension. I also added the push pin from the photo collage die.

Inside are the reindeers on the photo collage pop up. The images are from Mama Elephant – Reindeer Agenda – and colored with Copic Markers. Each one has a hand written name under it. The snowflakes are from the Winter Charms and the sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp Holiday Greeting Mix 1. Hugs, Fran

Paper Pros – Kids

The Paper Pros challenge this month is all about Kids! I started with the Karen Burniston Castle die flat across the front of this card with the Sweet from Home Sweet Home as the sentiment. I also used the Nature’s Edge die for the grass.

When opened, you find the Photo Collage die with the Princess and Mermaid, Knight and Dragon, and Horse Unicorn and Zebra dies in the frame! Enjoy! Hugs, Fran

Karen Burniston July Challenge – Picture This

This month’s Karen Burniston Challenge is to use photos. Easy to do with the upcoming Photo Collage die!

The front is a very simple punch art paw print using paper from my stash. The sentiment is from Stampin Up’s Happy Tails.

Inside is a photo collage of my youngest’s crazy dog – Filbert! I also added a puppy and some elements from the Dog and Cat die. This die is so much fun because it’s easy to put together but looks like a masterpiece! My favorite kind of die 🙂

Enjoy all the creations from the team – and Karen’s video will be posted tomorrow. Hugs, Fran
