Paper Pros Winter Birthday Challenge

This month’s Paper Pro Winter Birthday came just in time because Winter birthday cards and tags are a must in my household!  We have 5 December birthdays – plus some in January and February!  I used the new Karen Burniston Tag Book die turned vertically to make a birthday shaker tag.  The paper is Stampin Up’s Year of Cheer Specialty paper and Silver and Red Foil.  The flower die cut is from Altenew,  Inside the shaker piece are an assortment of sequins in white and silver.

Inside I embossed Stampin Up’s Flirty Flowers in silver to extend up the tag. I added some pretty silver ribbon and red twine to finish it off.  The twine will pull through both holes to hold it closed.  The Tag Book makes an awesome tag!  Enjoy all the other creations for this challenge by following the links below.  Hugs, Fran

CAS Flirty Flowers

Berry Burst and Flirty Flowers – that makes an easy card.  I cut an inch away from the front of this card and stamped the flowers on each edge.  After adding a strip of Berry Burst I reassembled the card (turning the bottom flowers so they mirror the top), added a sentiment and some rhinestones – that’s it!  Choose your favorite color and try it!  Hugs, Fran

Flirty Flowers

Here’s a fun card that bright and cheery!  Using the new set, Flirty Flowers, I stamped the image at different heights across the bottom of the white card stock.  On a few of the images I wiped off some stems before stamping so that it fits better.  The little flowers and leaves were colored with Stampin Write Markers – Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, Tangerine Tango and Pear Pizzaz.  The bottom scallop is done with the die from Seasonal Layers (yep, using THAT one a lot!)  I used some scraps of Melon Mambo DSP to edge the white and tied it off with what turned out to be Crushed Curry ribbon.  Close enough 🙂  Hugs, Fran
