Howdy, folks! They say it’s fall even though the temperatures are still not wanting to leave summer. I made a fall card for the challenge using a few Dress up Riley Farmer stamps and dies and the Karen Burniston Spinner Square die. Forgive the front picture – I was on my own taking the photo!
Inside you can see this cute farmer showing off the pick of his crop. The basket swings down when the card is open. So fun! Hugs, Fran
This is the autumn/fall image included in the Blended Seasons stamp set. For this card I stamped the image on Crumb Cake card stock and colored it in with the watercolor pencils. First I colored them in white, then add the other colors over top. The background is the Basket Weave embossing folder – such a nice, deep impressions. I finished it off with some metallic pearls. Happy October! One of the Creative Crew challenges at Splitcoast this month is a Halloween/Fall Focus. I did a Fry box created with the Motley Crew Designer Series paper and Ghoulish Greetings. The Fry Box die is one of the easiest dies out there – die cut, adhere on the sides and decorate. I embellished the sentiment with googlie eyes on the sides and decorated the polka dot cello bag with googlie eyes too.
Not much of a Halloween fan or need a Fall treat? I flipped the DSP so that the just the leaves on the trees were showing and made a Fall Fry box.
The sentiment is from Gratitude For Days and the embellishment on the top is 3 Autumn Wooden Embellishments colored with ink pads and glued together.
