More Sketched Birthday

Still searching for that perfect card using Sketched Birthday!  Here I tried it with the very fun Designer Series paper – Birthday Basics.  I just love the color combo in this DSP!  On this one I stamped the sentiment directly on the paper and it’s a bit busy.

So on this one I turned the card and stamped the sentiment on a piece of Very Vanilla.  Better.

Supplies
Stamp Sets – Sketched Birthday, Remembering Your Birthday
Card Stock – Bermuda Bay, Crisp Cantaloupe, Very Vanilla, Birthday Basics DSP
Ink – Jet Black Stazon
Stampin Write Markers – Crisp Cantaloupe, Bermuda Bay, Summer Starfruit
Etc – Pennant die, 2 1/2 circle punch, Rhinestone

Our Stamping Garage sale went great – and I’m glad it’s over   We had almost cold weather which was very nice (and very different for the sale.)  Hugs, Fran

  1. Yes, #2 is better. Plus the scalloped circle adds finishing. I like it a lot.

  2. I love both layouts, the DSP is really very festive and cheerful. On the second card, the scalloped edge does add a bit more embellishment. Thank you for sharing.

  3. I think you rocked this card!

  4. Super cute! Love that DSP.
