It’s a variation on a theme! I changed up this card by adding a Pool Party base and a Basic Black Border. I can’t believe how it changes the look.

Ink – White Craft ink
Etc – Delicate Design embossing folder, Hearts a Flutter Framelits, small heart punch, basic rhinestone
