It’s been a long time since I’ve played with a challenge on Splitcoast – forgot how much I enjoy doing that! This card is for the Featured Stamper challenge (FS316) StampinAndrea’s gallery was featured and it’s full of sweet clean and simple cards. I chose this one and really just cased it using the supplies I had on hand! To make Summer Starfruit baker’s twine, I pressed and pulled it over my pad, spritzed it with water and let it dry.
Supplies
Stamp Sets – Mixed Bunch, Hey There (included in Paper Pumpkins!)
card stock – Crumb Cake, Whisper White
Ink – Summer Starfruit, Versamark
Etc – Blossoms punch, Dahlias, Baker’s Twine, Spritzer with Early Espresso Stampin Write Marker, corner rounder, white embossing powder
It’s kind of nice to use summer colors on this dark and dreary day. Hugs, Fran
Oh Fran,I love this card, I have this stamp and punch and it’s perfect to do a quick card or to mass produce for lots of occasions. Great tip on how to color bakers twine to match the colors of the cards. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful and so spring like – we have daffodils blooming here in CA and this reminds me of them…TFS!
