Feeling very springy today – even if it snows. This card base is the exclusive SU Pop N Cuts Base and Sweet Sorbet Designer Series paper. The tag was made with the Scallop Tag Topper punch. The words are from Blessings From Heaven. I masked off sections and made the sentiment tighter so that it would fit on the tag.
And here she is with her Easter Eggs. The eggs were done with the small oval punch. I punched them and then put them on a sticky note back into the punch so they would have a more “egg” shape.
Stamp Sets – Blessings From Heaven, Petal Parade
Card stock – Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding, Whisper White, Sahara Sand, Sweet Sorbet DSP
Ink – Jet Black Stazon, Crisp Cantaloupe
Etc – SU Pop N Cuts base and Dress Form insert, small and medium oval punches, Oval Framelits, Pistachio Pudding ribbon, pearls, Scallop Tag Topper punch, Doilie tape, Itty Bitty Shapes punch
The photo quality isn’t great – sorry. The Crisp Cantaloupe seemed to “glow” while I was taking pictures. Hugs, Fran
Fran, there should be a “Love” button there where the others are to vote for your cards because I not just like them, I LOVE THEM!!!!! Specially these cards with these dresses, Oh my goodness, how beautiful they always are.
Yes, there is still some snow on the ground her in Crown Point, IN. but this card warms my heart and helps me keep the hope that hopefully soon, Spring will REALLY be here.
Love the little hat and the awesome Easter eggs and the gorgeous flowery background, this card is a delight for the eyes.
Can I ask you how did you cut the bottom of the top part of this dress? From this picture it looks like you used a heart punch, feeding the dress up side down??
That’s exactly how I did it, Maria! Sorry I forgot to include that tidbit.
Ah!!! it looked just like that, thank you for corroborating it. Again, love your cards and I come here every chance I have. Thank you for all the inspiration. Well, all we can do is hang in there and wait for Spring to show up, I hope it wont bypass us at all.
Full of Spring colors – wonderful!
Thanks, Carol! Hugs, Fran
