One more Gift Bag Punch Board bag – a shaker bag. I used the Deco Label Framelits to make the opening. Take 2 piece of acetate (a window sheet or packaging work too), use tape around the edges to make a pouch and fill it with stars and confetti. Attach it to the back of the opening.
