Reindeer Food

I love these little packages of Reindeer food!  My children are too old for them now – but they humor me on Christmas Eve and play along!  We do enjoy handing them out to our friends during the month of December so I like to have plenty of them on hand.  The Real Red card stock is 3  x 5 1/2  – then fold in half.  Cut the Wild  Wasabi 2 3/4 x 5 and score at 2 1/4 – then use the slit punch to put a slit in the long edge to create a tab to hold the flap shut.  Stamp the reindeer on a piece of scrap and punch out with the small tag punch and layer on a large tag punch in Real Red.  Color with Stampin’ Write Markers. Layer on a piece of Whisper White and adhere to the front.  Print the poem and attach to the inside of the card.

Fill the small flat cello bag with oats and glitter and staple to the inside of the Real Red.  Use Mini glue dots to hold the topper shut.  On Christmas Eve take the bag outside and sprinkle on your doorstep or lawn – the reindeer LOVE it!  Enjoy!  Hugs, Fran
