Witchy Gnome Karen Burniston Design Team Challenge

It’s time for a Halloween Design Team Challenge! I used the Bitty Ball and the Mini Ball Add ons Gnomes to create a spooky fun card.

On the outside I used the Simon Says Stamp Halloween Gnomes stamp set and an inked and splattered background.

I have the Gnome Witch popped up on a mini action wobbler!

Inside I created the witchy gnome! So fun!

I used the Autumn Elements, Skeleton and Bats, and Happy Halloween dies to decorate the inside.

I also did an inky background for the inside.

Enjoy the card and don’t forget to check out all the other designers. Karen will post tomorrow. Hugs, Fran

Riley and Company Stamptember

Here it is – the Stamptember release from Riley and Company!

It’s Riley and Simon send lots of cute messages to you! I stenciled the background with the Simon Says Stamp Medium Dots stencil. The red rectangle is Karen Burniston’s Crosshatch Rectangle and has a scene using the Nature Edges.

The image was colored with Copics and the sentiment was heat embossed onto the “chalkboard.”

Then I decided to do a tag starting with the Karen Burniston Tag Book and Autumn Edges. I used the same stencil and colored the image with Copics.

Remember these are a limited time offering and when they are gone, they are gone! Hugs, Fran

Just a Boo!

Today is the Karen Burniston Design Team Monthly Challenge – use the new Word Set 15 Just Because!

So I started with a Halloween front.

I used the Halloween Charms to create an attached belly band around this card. In the background is the fence from the Iron Fence Pop Up.

Pumpkins – lots of pumpkins! These are Mini Ball Pumpkins and using the Mini Double Ups made this go much faster.

I did lots of splattering and added pieces from the Autumn Elements and Halloween Elements sets.

I added my Just a Boo sentiment, covered it with sparkle and Crystal Lacquer and put it on the Crosshatch Rectangle Label .

This open and closes just like my Hungry Caterpillar card. You can see that here.

Make sure to check out all the other cards from the Design Team. Karen will post on Wednesday. Hugs, Fran

Mini Slimlines are so fun to make and send! The new Landscape Rectangle Accordion die makes it easy. I decorated mine with the Cow and Goat die to create a farm landscape card for a BIG birthday! I also used the Birthday Charms die to create the hats and packages.

The numbers came from the Numbers die set and the fence is from Farm Edges.

The Happy Birthday die fit perfectly.
