I used the Stampin Up Animal Outing set with the Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel die to create this birthday card. You turn the spinner and the sentiment changes. The rhino is colored is Copics and the balloon is the punch.
Just something fun for someone special 🙂 Hugs, Fran
Here’s the Stampin Up set Magical Mermaid with an alcohol ink background. I dropped alcohol inks on my paper, used Some alcohol blending solutions to move it around – and kept playing until I liked the results!
On this one, I did the same thing using only blue alcohol inks. Then I stamped it with some Alcohol Lift ink. It removes the ink from the paper. You can get two prints from this technique if you immediately stamp another piece of paper with the stamp. I would show you that piece if I hadn’t spilled coffee on it! Anyway……It’s fun to play! The mermaids were colored with Stampin Blends and the tail was coated with Shimmer pen. Hugs, Fran
Thought I’d tease you with a sneak peek of one of Karen Burniston’s upcoming dies! This is the Circle Tag Book along with Feathered Friends and some Congratulations words.
Isn’t this cute? I paired it with Stampin Up’s Tropical Chic DSP.
These dies will be available at the end of the month – but I thought you needed a little tease today! Hugs, Fran
I love this case of Hello Cupcake – and you can get it for free during Saleabration! This is an easy card with a big look. I used Highland Heather for the base and mat. The sentiment is stamped with Gorgeous Grape and the cupcake is fussy cut. That little piece of vellum keeps the focus on the image. We made this card in class last week and used some of the purple glitter dots instead of the clear gems. So cute! Hugs, Fran
This is a catalog case of Humming Along from the Occasions catalog. It’s done on a notecard (3 1/2 x 5) and uses the Balmy Blue gingham paper for the background. The flower is colored with Stampin Blends and matted on strips of the Flax ribbon. I added a few jewels to finish it off. Hugs, Fran
Here’s another version of Serene Garden, using the stamp set to make the “mat” around the image. The images were stamped, colored with Stampin Blends, and die cut to pop up.
I added some clear dots to the front – simply because I love them 🙂 Hugs, Fran
Since I live in Lexington, Ky, this set really called out to me. I started with a background using the Tin background folder. Then I stamped the horse, masked it off and added the blue using a stamp from Artisan Textures. After removing the mask, I colored the horse with Stampin Blends and added the sentiment. This idea was really inspired by this card…
This is Beautiful You, in a drawn frame with the same kind of background stamping. Hugs, Fran
This is the personalized card for the little brother of the Fairy Celebrations cards. I dug way, way, way back in my “stash” to find the very old Sporting Goods” stamp set to make this one.
The letters are die cut in black and the stamped paper and inlaid. The basketballs were colored with Copics. So much fun to color! Hugs, Fran
Love is in the Air! The Paper Pros challenge is LOVE and I’m all for that 🙂 I had some bits and pieces around from a Stampin Up kit and decided they would make a great card. Inside the window is the cake die cut with a flower die cut and when you open it….
You find the Karen Burniston Spinner Square with some wedding wishes. I love these colors and I love the sentiment popping out from behind the cake. Make sure to check out the other Paper Pros and see their LOVEly cards! Hugs, Fran
I was asked to make some personalized cards for a young lady as a gift from her grandmother. Using Fairy Celebrations, I colored the images and personalized the greeting on my computer. The background paper is the SAB butterfly paper!
I made them up in a few color schemes and added some Nuvo Crystal drops to the backgrounds.
It was fun to sit and color these cute images.
Tomorrow I’ll share the ones I made for her brother. Hugs, Fran
