Here’s a cute spring idea – a carrot that is “growing” right out of the box. It’s perfect for Easter or anything “spring!” The carrot is made with the Petal Cone die and will hold candy or a small gift. And I have the directions for sale in my Tutorial Shop .
These use the Petal Cone die, Fancy Favor die and Petals a Plenty embossing folder. The instructions have over 55 pictures along with step by step directions for both views.

It looks like spring has come early! (Oh, I wish!) Enjoy! Hugs, Fran

Spring Tag Box
Many of you have asked for directions to make the box holding the Spring Tags (or Egg Tags)
So here’s a little tutorial on how I made the box. You can make the sleeve over the box from acetate or a combination of card stock and acetate. Hope you enjoy! Hugs, Fran
More Punch Origami Animals
I made a tutorial for this bunny/bell fold. If it doesn’t make any sense to you – let me know. Here are the rest of the funny farm animals!
This is the puppy –
and the cat-
the lion –
his tail –
a mouse –
and a very funky monkey!
(and the bunny, in case you missed him)
And this is the original bell! (made with a 12 x 12 piece of card stock)
Have fun making these! Hugs, Fran
Double Stack Bag w/Scallop Tutorial
Okay – I redid the tutorial photos using two colors of card stock to make the instructions easier to follow! To make the Halloween box you will use Basic Black card stock. If you wheel or stamp your project you need to do it after you’ve cut out your piece – that way you can tell which way the design is going! Let me know if you can understand them (or if you can’t!) The tutorial is here! Enjoy! Hugs, Fran
Gift Card Holder Tutorial
Several of you lovely ladies have asked for the directions for the gift card holder. Click here and then let me know if these make sense!
I also had a question about making the spotlights on this gift card holder-
To do this you just place Post It notes in a triangle shape on your card stock. Use a sponge to sponge Summer Sun CRAFT ink over the open area.
Move the Post its to the other side and make another triangle. Repeat with the Craft ink.
And voilĂ ! You have spotlights!

Pretty Milk Cartons
The tutorial this week on Splitcoast is a milk carton! It was so fun to make – and I’m excited to use my new Berry Bliss Designer Series Paper!
I used the Whimsy jumbo wheel and rolled the Purely Pomegranate card stock in Purely Pomegranate ink (that’s a mouth full!) You can make ink cartridges for any of your colors by using an empty cartridge and an ink refill. Then I wrapped the carton with a 1 1/2″ strip of the Berry Bliss (love it!) DSP and tied some of the Chocolate Chip satin ribbon from the Theater Original ribbon around the top. The stamp is from Sweet Celebrations, stamped in Purely Pomegranate and punched out with the 1 1/4″ circle punch – layered on a Chocolate Chip 1 3/8″ circle. The little flower was punched with the new Boho Flower punch from Pretty in Pink card stock with a half pearl from the Pretties kit attached with a mini glue dot! Enjoy! Hugs, Fran
