I had a piece of card stock that I’d stamped with the Saleabration set Avant Garden left over from another project and I decided to die cut some letters from it. “Love” fit on the paper (!) so that’s what I went with! After die cutting the letters from the Large Letter die, I adhered it to a Whisper White stitched rectangle and mounted it on a larger Stitched rectangle with a piece of Blushing Bride. I added the sentiment from Best Birds in Early Espresso. Hugs, Fran

Remarkable You Dragonfly
I recently got some Brusho pigments and wanted to try them. I used Remarkable You heat embossed in white and then applied the pigments and misted them with water. It’s a color explosion!
I embossed the sentiment in white on a piece of Black card stock and tucked the dragonfly from the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits in Tempting Turquoise and vellum behind it. That was fun! Hugs, Fran
Falling Flowers
I needed a sympathy card and decided to use Falling Flowers. I stamped the large flower 5 times and cut the middles out of 2 of them to make a dimensional flower, The edges were sponged in the same color (So Saffron) and slightly curled with my bone folder. The flourish image was stamped Old Olive.
I used the left over pieces to place petals on the front and inside. The sentiment is Hero Arts Prayers, stamped in Verafine Onyx Black and heat embossed in clear. And, of course, some Dazzling Details and gold gel pen. Hugs, Fran
One in a Dozen
Perfect Mix Birthday
Here’s a very simple card for you! I used Perfect Mix from the Occasions catalog to make this birthday card. I stamped the mixer twice – once on Pacific Pint and once on the Whisper White and then fussy cut the blue one and popped it up over the sentiment. I went over the lines on the mixer with a silver gel pen. The background patterned paper is from Party Animals DSP. Hugs, Fran
Stylized Birthday
Totally inspired by a Jennifer McGuire card, these feature the Stylized Birthday stamp set.
For this one I stamped the background using Paisleys & Posies stamp set in Versamark and then sponged ink over it. (Night of Navy, Marina Mist, Wild Wasabi, Crushed Curry and Daffodil Delight) The sentiment was stamped on a stitched Framelit and the top Paisley stamped above it. Little enamel dots and Dazzling Details were added.
This was done the same way using Garden in Bloom with Bermuda Bay, Pool Party, Pear Pizzazz and Wild Wasabi. Very fun to make! Hugs, Fran
Sunburst Thanks
Bright and sunny! For this card I used the retired SU sunburst stencil and sponged it in Tangerine Tango, Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry and Daffodil Delight. The sentiment is stamped on both the Tangerine Tango and Daffodil Delight circles and then matched up.
The sentiment is from Thankful Thoughts and is stamped in Versafine Onux Black and heat embossed in clear. Then I got out my Wind of Stella pen and just went crazy – seriously – maybe a bit too crazy! And sequins (again.) Well, if nothing else, it sparkles! Hugs, Fran
Nailed It
One more in this style – Nailed It. I used the Serene Scenery DSP for the card, stamped and die cut the hammer and popped it up on the panel. Funny how this was my least favorite of this style card and one of my daughter’s favorite! The Congrats was stamped on the inside. Always great to have some more masculine cards around. Hugs, Fran
Lift Me Up Birthday
I’ve been doing a lot of this style card recently! This time I used Lift Me Up to create a birthday card. The balloon and clouds are die cut with the matching framelits and the Salebration paper Carried Away was used for the card. (Actually the dots behind the ballon are Mint Macaron from the In Colors paper pack). The clouds are stamped in Smoky Slate and the balloon in Night of Navy. Hugs, Fran
Bunch of Blossoms in Blue
This set is called Bunch of Blossoms and it’s a three step stamp set that makes beautiful flowers. I used Marina Mist and Soft Sky to stamp the flowers and Old Olive on the stems and leaves. There is a matching punch for the flowers.
The flowers are popped up on Dimensionals and the ends of flowers (where they meet the stems) are held down with glue dots. A gentle curl with my bone folder gives them lots of dimension. Then I added sequins and dots of Dazzling Details and gold jelly roll pen dots 🙂 Hugs, Fran
