Snapshot 01

Snapshot (133812) is a single stamp on page 167 of the catalog.  I paired it up with the On Film framelit and some of the Essential Wooden Elements.  I used Stazon to stamp on the word bubble.  Hint – use a tiny bit of adhesive to stick the wooden element to your grid paper.  Then you can use your Stamp a Ma Jig to place the words on it without it moving.

I stamped the camera twice and fussy cut the center piece to pop it up.

Just another color study!  I remade this card in various color from the oh, so fun, I Am Me Designer Series paper.  First in Real Red.  Remember all those little wooden camera pieces that my daughter gave me?  I colored this one red with reinkers. 

So Saffron for this one – but I left the wooden camera alone (actually, it didn’t take the color well!) 

And here is Tangerine Tango – and a Tangerine Tango camera.

Paper Pumpkin meets Hip Notes

The Paper Pumpkin kit for February included these really cute circle stamps.  (It also included some sweet gift bags – but that’s for another time!)  I used the stamps to create a background for this card.  Using the colors in the Retro Fresh suite from the Occasions Mini – and the washi tape – I did some random stamping and added a greeting from Hip Notes.

So what do you do when your daughter brings you a package of wooden camera shapes?  You pair one up with the Essential Wooden Elements out of the Spring/Occasions Mini and make a card!  And doesn’t this paper from I Am Me work perfectly with this?  I also used the On Film Framelits and Arrow embossing folder – plus some Washi tape.  (Gotta use washi tape!)


The elements are very light weight and fairly thin.  I adhered them with some Tombow Multipurpose adhesive.  To finish off the camera, I filled the camera lens area with Crystal Effects.

The sentiment is from Remembering Your Birthday.
