These note cards are a fun size to use!  The coffee cup card was semi- masked to stamp each color.  Instead of stamping the image on a post it note and cutting it out, I was able to just use the post it note as is.  The bottom card is a variation on a theme!

This was a sketch on Splitcoast but I can’t find the number.  (I’ll add it when I find it!)  Created on a Stampin Up notecard using the Sale a bration set Patterned Occasions, it was easy to put together.  This set is free with a $50 order!

And here are some Elephants on Parade!  That border is Calypso Coral – kind of looks like neon orange.  I changed the settings on my camera at Leadership to take inside/in the dark photos and it’s not quite back to normal.

It’s a Rock N Roll birthday with the Pop N Cut die!  Do you remember the portable record players?  I always wanted one – so I made one   This little gal is getting ready for a soda pop party.

Madison Avenue Shake

This shaker tag was shown by Carrie Cudney at Leadership.  It uses the Madison Avenue Sale a bration set.  I made a 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 tag base and used the 1 3/4 circle punch to punch a 2 3/8 x 2 5/8 piece of Sycamore Street Designer Series paper (DSP)

Another card fashioned after one shown at Leadership.  This uses elements from the new Artisan Kit in the Spring Mini.  Beautiful laces and flowers are included in this kit – the wide scalloped lace is simply gorgeous.  For this card I cut apart one scallop and added some lace and a resin flower.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the SAB set Vintage Verses and sprayed and spritzed the card until it shimmered.

Oh Hello

I cased Shelli!  This is my version of a project she did on stage at Leadership.  The coolest part is the flower.  It’s one single flower from the new Flower Trim ribbon (126869).  The nicest part about this ribbon is that you can cut off just one flower or use an entire string on them. 

To color the flower I simply pushed it into a So Saffron pad until it had color on both sides.  Then I spritzed it with some shimmer spray made up of 70% rubbing alcohol and frost white shimmer paint.  This helped the color soak all the way through without making it too wet.  I added it to the card using Tombow Multipurpose glue (the green capped stuff!)

Sale a bration starts January 22!

We are at Leadership in Orlando!  Last night we went to a shoebox swap – where everyone brings the cards and all the parts and we stamp them.  I brought the card on the bottom – inspired by the card on the top.  In order to keep things simple (like carrying ink and cleaning supplies) I ended up using just one color (Pool Party) and stamping/stamping off to create some depth.
