I’ve yet to use the Riot of Petals as a background stamp! It’s just too pretty! This is for the sketch challenge on Splitcoast. The DSP is from Porcelain Print and each piece is cut 3 x 1 7/8 with a little tiny bit cut off of one end! It’s then mounted on a piece of Blue Bayou 3 1/4 x 5 1/2 with the long edges distressed. I stamped the image in Jet Black Stazon and used a blender and ink to watercolor it. That’s mounted on River Rock – again distressed – and I added a piece of the Blue Bayou Double Stitched Ribbon. All of this is on a Wild Wasabi card that is paper pierced above and below the DSP. The sentiment was stamped directly on the paper. Enjoy! Hugs, Fran
I love this card! I love how you pierced top and bottom, and how you roughed up the edges. Great job!
Beautiful, Fran! Love that dp, the distressing, the piercing … everything! Your watercoloring is remarkable!
