Sweet Center Flower Pot

I love the items in the new Holiday Mini!  The little cups that go with the Sweet Centers stamp set are so much fun!  Here’s a little treat I made for a friend.

It’s made with a terra cotta pot that was spray painted white.  I wrapped a bamboo skewer with floral tape and use Crystal Effects to attach it to one of the two Flower Folds flowers that I die cut with my Big Shot. I used the Circle Scissors to cut a 1 3/4″ center into the other Flower Fold, filled my cup with brown M&M’s and used Sticky Strip to adhere the flowers together.   Push a piece of Styrofoam into the pot and push your skewer in to it – I added some more Crystal Effects for stability. The accents on the pot and flower are little bugs from the Hostess Set Love Bugs colored with Stampin Write markers and popped up with Dimensionals.  I wrapped some of my favorite 3/4″ Polka Dot Grosgrain ribbon around the pot – held with Sticky Strip – and finished it off with some shred.

The tag is made with Stampin’ UP’s Two Tags die in Kraft and a small flower from the Flower Folds die. That sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes – a “must have” stamp set!  I punched a circle in Chocolate Chip with my 1 3/8″ punch and tied it on with Real Red grosgrain.  It’s ready to head out the door!  Enjoy!  Hugs, Fran
