Pay no attention to the color cast on this photo. I changed my battery on my camera and ……well, I’m not sure! But her’s a trio-fold card using the Hardwood background and Circle of Spring stamp sets.
The wreath is on the left panel and as you open it ……
You have a pretty inside to write your greeting. Hugs, Fran
This set needs a sentiment that says “just chicken on you!” I used the Woodgrain background from the front and die cut a rectangle through the front panel and the card. I sandwiched a piece of some kind of plumbers tape (I don’t know what it’s really called!) and tucked the chicken in to peek out.
Inside I put a piece of Crushed Curry so the chicken doesn’t get lost.
This set is so much fun! Hugs, Fran
Love, love, love this little bird in the Saleabration set – A Happy Thing! I used Blendies to color him, cut him out, and set me on the Hardwood background. The design is the same as this card. Hope you’re enjoying the Holidays – I am! But I’m glad to get back in my craft room too! Hugs, Fran
Time for a sneak peek! This is From the Herd – a set coming out in the Occasions Mini starting January 6th! (Can you believe we’re talking about a new year?) This fun set has a main image and lots of cute, cute sayings. I chose to make a window card with the Oval Framelits so the animals could peek through. The Crumb Cake card stock was stamped with the Hardwood background stamp. I used a ruler to draw lines and add “nails.”
Since the image is large, I added the inside greeting to the opposite side of the front greeting. The animals were colored with Blendabilities – there are new colors in the catalog!!
Aren’t they funny? This will be a fun set! Hugs, Fran
For this Bright & Beautiful card, I scored the star and gave it a 3-D look. The Hardwood background gives it an old fashioned look.
Stamp Sets -right & Beautiful, Hardwood, Four You
Card stock – Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso
Ink – Early Espresso
Etc – Star Framelits, Candy Dots, Antique brad
This stamp set is so versatile. You can get this Holiday preview stamp set now during the Big Shot and Bundles promotion. Hugs, Fran
Here’s an idea for a birthday invitation using Karen Burniston’s Spiral Circle Pull Card and the cute Poppy die. The Pull Card is so neat because it has tabs to hold the front together. First I die cut the card and then I stamped the front with Hardwood (what a great stamp!) I added a gear to the front of the Clock and Gears die and put Poppy on the front holding some balloons. The sentiment was done in My Digital Studio and punched with the ticket punch.
Inside I printed the invite information, also done in MDS. The finished card size is 3 1/2 x 5 1/2.
Stamp Set – Hardwood
Card stock – Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Early Espresso, Pool Party, Whisper White, Tangerine Tango
Ink – Crumb Cake
Etc – Spiral Circle Pull card die, Poppy die, Baker’s Twine, brad, ticket punch, MDS, Clock and Gears die.
All the dies are from Karen Burniston’s new Pop It Ups collection. Just turn the clock hands to the party time and celebrate! Hugs, Fran
