Whale-abrate

Very “punny!”  Here’s a card using the Oh Whale stamp set from the Spring Mini and the matching Sizzlit.  I used the exclusive Stampin Up Pop N Cuts base – imagine that!  Look closely at the bottom left side of the card.  That’s what happens when you’re not careful measuring the inside elements

Here’s the inside of the invitation.  I do not have a two year old boy – this card had a mind of it’s own.  The waves are created by using the negative space from the scallop on the Tasteful Trim die.  The insert is the Pop N Cuts Party Phrase and matching Sizzlit die.

“Look who’s turning” (and “whale-abrate” on the front) was done in MDS2 – handy for making your own sentiments.  Even when they’re not so great!

“You’re Invited” is from the Make a Wish stamp set in the Spring Mini.

Stamp Sets – Oh Whale, Make a Wish
Card Stock – Whisper White, Pacific Point, Real Red, Sunshine and Sprinkles DSP
Ink – Basic Gray, Pacific Point
Etc – Big Shot dies – Tasteful Trim, Happy Whale Sizzlit, SU Card base, Bigz Simple Numbers, Party Phrase insert and die.  Owl Punch, 1″ and 1/2 circle punches, My Digital Studio 2, fishing line

Have a great day!  Hugs, Fran

  1. Adorable! You have made the most amazing things with this with this card die!

  2. Oh this is right in my whale-house! (See what I did there?) I love it! The life preserver hanging on the word is awesome. I love puns, too, but I’m a d-orca! (See what I did there?)

  3. This is absolutely darling, and I love the interactive factor!! What little boy wouldn’t LOVE this???
