It’s spring! This month the Paper Pros challenge is spring and that means flowers to me. I used the Karen Burniston Pop It Ups Hanging Charm pull card to create this one. The paper is the Succulent Garden DSP with the bee from Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits. The flowers are from the Pop It Ups Flower Pot dies.
The sentiment “Just beecause” is from Pun Intended and “thinking of you” is from Teeny tiny Wishes! Yes, I was going through all my stuff:)
The bee is on a Mini Action Wobbler. It gives it a little jiggle as you pull the card open. I tied the pull tab off with some Succulent Garden and Mint Macaron ribbons. Make sure to check out all the other spring influenced designs! Hugs, Fran

Here is a fun card that has a great surprise! The stamp set is Pun Intended and the DSP is retired Schoolyard. I stamped the camera several time so I could pop the lens area out.
But the best part is that the flash lights up! I used a little lightening kit – called Chibi – that has LED stickers and copper tape and a book to show you how to make the stickers light up! I actually surprised myself when it worked the first time 🙂
The star at the bottom is where the battery hides. It won’t light up until it’s pressed. Too much fun! Hugs, Fran
It’s the camera again! This time I drew search light beams and colored them with Copics. Again, I stamped the camera 3 times and fussy cut the different pieces and coated them with Crystal Effects.
The dimension is so much fun!
And so is bling! Rhinestones add a sparkly touch to the front. And remember – you can only get this set by hosting a party 🙂 Hugs, Fran
Pun Intended Day 2! Yesterday I showed you all the cute images in the set and today I’m showing you my favorite (current favorite) – the camera. I paired it with the current Everyday Chic Designer Series paper.
I stamped the camera 3 times and cut out different layers to add dimension to the card. The lens, flash bulb and view finder are all coated with Crystal Effects.
I did some shading around the lens with a Smoky Slate marker and repeated the front design on the inside. Keep in mind that you can only get this new hostess set by hosting a party 🙂 Hugs, Fran
I’ve been playing around with a new hostess set in the new catalog called Pun Intended. These are the images in the set – a light bulb, bumble and camera – and lots of fun sentiments! These are little enclosure cards – tiny, 1/2 notecards. They are a nice way to start playing! Just stamp! Notice some new In Colors? Lots of fun for the next few days! The only way you get your hands on this set is host a party 🙂 Hugs, Fran
